The new RACETIME2 KIT LIGHT RADIO has been designed to fully satisfy timing requirements connected to the new training methodologies.
The system makes it possible:
- to perform all the athletic tests typical of modern athletic preparation (such as sprint, shuttle, resistance, courses) and to acquire their results with an accuracy higher than one thousandth of a second
- to configure tests as desired and to easily reposition the photo-cells when passing from one exercise to another, thanks to radio transmission
- to save time, thanks to simplicity of installation and an intuitive user interface
- to save or print the results and export them to PC in order to make assessments of progress in athletic preparation or comparisons between athletes
- to comfortably transport it thanks to the handy bag with safety padding
- to work without mains electricity thanks to the rechargeable batteries (over 12 hours’ autonomy)
Racetime2 Stopwatch fitted with printer
The Racetime2 stopwatch, extremely reliable, light and easy to use, prints and stores all the times and makes it possible to send them to a PC extremely rapidly. The immediate user interface and the versatility of the pre-installed program allow rapid performance of any test or exercise.
LinkGate DecRadio receiver
The DecRadio allows safe and reliable reception of the data sent by the built-in radio modules of the photocells anywhere within a range of 300 meters. It is directly powered by the stopwatch batteries.
Two Polifemo Light Radio photocells
Thanks to the LinkGate transmission system, which has a range of 300 meters, the Polifemo Light Radio photocells offer an absolute guarantee of reliability. Redundant radio transmission ensures that the data item acquired is transmitted to the DecRadio Light receiver with the maxi-mum precision (±0.4 thousandths of a second) even if the signal is disturbed. The photocells can be configured to transmit any impulse: start, stop and intermediate times.
It is also possible to add to the RACETIME2 KITLIGHT RADIO an un-limited number of photocells if the user needs to take more than one intermediate time (for example, an intermediate time at 10 and 20 meters in a 0-30 meter sprint).
Accessories
The RACETIME2 KITLIGHT RADIO includes all the accessories necessary to immediately start a training session with the stopwatch:
• 4 telescopic tripods
• 2 reflectors
• 1 battery charger (allows contemporaneous charging of the two pho-tocells and the stopwatch)
• 1 bag for transport with safety padding (contains all the components of the Kit, including accessories)
If the need should arise to work with two or more systems in the same zone at the same time, Microgate offers systems that transmit on a number of frequencies, thus removing the risk of interference between one system and the other.
