Hotel subsystem is designed for automatization of routine processes in hotels, rehabilitation centers, resort-model clinics, sanatoria, and resorts. This subsystem enables quick and flexible check-in of new guests, reservation of rooms and dining, phone calls, and other services. 

The main features of the system are:

Rich functionality. System automates many hotel management processes and has interfaces for integration with other systems and devices, user friendly interface. There are four different layouts for general reception desk information (Accommodation Table, Floor Plan, Calendar and List). All layouts represent information for a certain period and contain compact but comprehensive information about rooms and accommodations. All client information is concentrated in one place called Client Card: personal info, accommodation history, phone calls, services and bills.

 

  • Flexible security. All system forms and actions are developed as separate modules. System administrator can create different user roles (like manager, operator, maintenance personnel, etc.) and allow only required actions.
  • Localization. System has two levels of localization (for users and for end-clients). Thereby a manager selects one language for user interface, but bills or other client documents can be printed in the language preferred by client.
