The COSMED Lifecorder PLUS activity monitor is a one-axial, solid state accelerometer that records accurate lifestyle information. Intensity (five levels), daily duration of physical activity, active energy expenditure, steps, and distance are parameters that can be analyzed, recorded, and downloaded to a computer for daily, weekly, and monthly tracking. Lifecorder stores up to 60 days of data. A USB port allows for easy download of data into the management software. Data can also be managed in the Fitmate software. More than 200 research and validation studies have shown the value and precision of the Lifecorder PLUS.
