Lactat Photometer plus - Intuitive, fast, rugged

Diaglobal's Lactat Photometer plus determines the following parameters Lactate, Glucose, Haemoglobin. The haemoglobin value does not need to be measured separately but is determined by the device during the lactate measurement and shown immediately in the display! Lactate may be measured as fast single measurement (measuring time 1 minute) or as series measurement (up to 20 samples simultaneously). The Lactat Photometer plus is characterized by an extraordinary high accuracy of the test results. It is assured primarily by the measuring principle, which is based upon the reliable wet-chemical photometric method. Continuous inspections by independent reference institutions (INSTAND and DGKL) ensure the user a constant high quality of the device and reagent. The reagent is ready for use and supplied in round cuvettes. Only the sample needs to be added. The carrying case, which contains all required accessories, guarantees the user's mobility at any time. Lactate is the most important indicator in sports medicine for evaluating the physical fitness. During the last years two more parameters have become extremely important in performance diagnostic: Glucose (control of carbohydrate supply) and the control of Haemoglobin (oxygen transport capacity). Besides performance diagnostic and performance prediction, the most important field of application are emergency diagnostics (evaluation of states of shock, cardiovascular collapse, cardiac insufficiency and arrest respectively).
